Terms and conditions

Scope

These terms govern access to the forhumans website and the use of the HR consulting services and software platform, without prejudice to the specific agreement signed with each client, which prevails in case of conflict.

Services

Services include the design and implementation of HR processes by specialists, and access to the forhumans platform on a subscription basis, with modules enabled according to the agreed scope.

The initial exploration call is free and does not constitute a contractual offer.

Client obligations

Ensuring the accuracy of the data provided, the lawfulness of its processing, the management of access credentials and use of the service in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual property

The platform, brand, documentation and process templates are owned by Fractional. The client retains ownership of its data and of the content it uploads.

Liability

We are liable for proven direct damages, subject to the cap set out in the agreement. We are not liable for management decisions taken on the basis of information produced by the service, which is always subject to human validation.

Governing law

Portuguese law applies. The competent courts are those of Lisbon, unless otherwise agreed.
