Who is the data controller

forhumans is a service operated by Fractional, a company established in Portugal. For privacy matters, contact privacidade@wearefractional.ai.

When we process data about our clients’ employees, we act as a processor, on behalf of and following the instructions of the client, who is the controller.

What data we process

On the website: contact details you submit in forms (name, company, role, email, phone), the content of your message and technical browsing data.

In the platform: identification, contractual, pay, working-time, performance and document data, as configured by each client.

Legal basis

Contract performance for delivering the service, legitimate interest for business contact in a professional context, compliance with legal obligations in labour and tax matters, and consent where applicable.

Retention

Business contacts: up to 24 months after the last interaction. Client data in the platform: for the duration of the contract and then for the applicable legal periods, typically up to 7 years for employment and payroll records.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time. If the data was processed by us as a processor, we forward the request to the responsible client.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority.

Security

Hosting in the European Union, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and an audit log of actions on people data, including those performed by AI agents.
